Have a 30-minute introduction
We talk through your goals, past work, and the pressure points in your week: workload, career direction, client relationships, or leading people. If projects are your goal, we also discuss your engineering skills and specialties.

Get matched to the right support
We use your introduction to recommend a coach or mentor for the support you need. Project connections involve a separate review of your skills, specialties, experience, and fit for the work.

Build from the conversation
Work with your coach or mentor on the decisions and conversations that matter to you. If you want more project work, developing trusted client relationships may be part of that path alongside reviewing your technical fit.
